The Society's financial year runs from January to December and the Annual General Meeting 

takes place at the end of February.

Membership runs for the period between Shows, 

thereby allowing for participation in the AGM (eg to select a Committee; to review and decide on changes in charges and other prices/costs etc; and any other matter which members may consider relevant to contribute for discussion on matters relating to the running of the Society and/or the Show.
